1.Application:
The equipment is mainly used for the cable forming of insulated core wires such as steel strand, control cable, signal
cable and small-size plastic cable, and has the function of winding at the same time.
The equipment is composed of PLC program control + touch screen + variable frequency speed regulation control +
pneumatic control. The synchronous performance deviation of the equipment from start-up, normal operation, slow shutdown,
emergency stop and other states shall not exceed 3%, so as to ensure the stability of the winch pitch. The setting out tension
in the winch cage is provided by the hysteresis tensioner. The tension is adjusted online through the man-machine interface without shutdown.
The tension output is balanced and easy to adjust.

4.2.9.
Winch drive operation mode: each winch is driven and operated by its own
separate motor. The transmission device provides power for the operation and
slow positioning of the equipment. The transmission device drives the winch
through the reduction motor through the toothed belt. The winch reduction box
drives the winch to operate. The forward rotation, reverse rotation, neutral
gear, start, stop, emergency stop and other operation settings of the winch are
controlled by the electrical system
4.2.10.
Bearing structure of the winch cage: the winch cage is supported by the
reduction box and the front support. The main shaft is supported on the
reduction box and the front support respectively through two sets of double row
self-aligning roller bearings at the front and rear. The double row roller
self-aligning bearings are used for the front and rear support of the winch
cage to ensure the bearing capacity of the axial movement of the winch cage.
The cradle frame is equally arranged at 6 circumferences of each gear in the
winch cage.
4.2.11.
Composition of the cage: the main shaft of the cage is made of a whole thick
wall pipe without joint; Each winch of the winch cage is connected with the
main shaft through the conical sleeve flange lock sleeve. The winch is made of
Q235 whole plate NC cutting, and the cradle frame is arranged in 6 equal parts
(6 equal parts for 6 discs, 6 + 6 equal parts for 12 discs); The axis line of
the reel frame and the center line of the main shaft are parallel to each other.
A planetary gear untwisting mechanism is installed behind the winch. The
untwisting of the reel frame is connected with the untwisting gear through the
spline untwisting shaft to realize 100% mechanical untwisting. It is not easy
to roll the key, and the operating condition is stable.
4.2.12.
Cradle frame: it is made of steel plate by butt welding, CNC cutting plate,
bending process, less welding positions, large bearing capacity, boring after
overall annealing, high precision, fatigue resistance and durability.
5.2.13.
Loading mode: end shaft structure, manual end shaft clamping reel, with
mechanical locking mechanism, the reel is not easy to throw out, and it is
convenient to load and unload the reel. The reel is loaded into the cradle with
the help of the lifting device in the workshop.
4.2.14.
Setting out tension in the winch cage: the hysteresis tensioner is used to
provide the setting out tension in the winch cage. The setting out tension in
each cradle can be adjusted online without shutdown through the man-machine
interface to ensure the balance of tension. Convenient adjustment.
4.2.15.
Braking form: the main winch brake adopts butterfly plane air brake to reduce
the impact of emergency stop inertia on transmission parts. Working principle
of the whole machine braking: it is coordinated by the programmable controller
PLC: the variable frequency motor controller, braking resistance, air brake,
etc. jointly complete the slow stop, fast stop, emergency stop and other operations
of the whole machine.
4.2.16.
Broken wire shutdown protection: both hosts are equipped with dxj
full-automatic pulse broken wire shutdown protection system, which can stop and
brake in time after broken wire and wire are used, and prompt on the man-machine
operation interface.
