1.Use:

(1).Adopt 100% back-twist mode and suitable for stranding 2-7 cores ABC overhead cable, control cable or power cable;
(2).The main motor, traction capstan (or caterpillar) and take-up device are independently driven by AC induction servo motor;
(3). Pitch automatic adjusted;
(4). The whole machine adopts HMI+PLC control;
(5).Equipped with manual adjustment tape tension system regulation and electromagnetic tensioner, automatically control and ensure the tension always constant from full to empty bobbin.
(6).Optional: max 24 filling devices.

4.2.5 The cradle adopts end shaft type manual clamping and loosening reel, with mechanical locking and retraction mechanism. Steel plate welding, CNC cutting of plates, firm welding, overall annealing of the cradle to improve the mechanical strength, overall boring to ensure concentricity, and bearing support at both ends.

4.2.6 Pay off tension is controlled by wheel belt friction, and the tension is manually adjusted after shutdown, which is easy to operate.

4.2.7 The leading out end of the cradle frame is provided with upper and lower adjustable guide wheels, and guide cylinders are added on the left and right to ensure smooth running of the cable core. Not easy to scratch,

4.2.8 The stranding bow is made of special steel, with high-speed operation, no fracture, safety and stability.

4.2.9 The winch cage is installed on 6 groups of independent bearing seats, and the bearing seat is installed on the integral welding base. The winch cage is driven by AC variable-frequency motor. The winch body is driven by through shaft linkage and driven by multiple toothed belts. Each section of winch bow is linked respectively. It has high synchronization and low noise. It can be braked in sections at the same time. The pneumatic disc brake is adopted, and the braking is sensitive.

4.2.10 The front end of the main machine is equipped with a filling frame, and the number of hemp balls is 6 (size of hemp ball: Φ 200mm) × 300mm length)
