4.2.5 The cradle adopts end shaft type manual
clamping and loosening reel, with mechanical locking and retraction
mechanism. Steel plate welding, CNC cutting of plates, firm welding, overall
annealing of the cradle to improve the mechanical strength, overall boring to
ensure concentricity, and bearing support at both ends.
4.2.6 Pay off tension is controlled by wheel belt
friction, and the tension is manually adjusted after shutdown, which is easy
to operate.
4.2.7 The leading out end of the cradle frame is
